We want buying from Clare\u2019s shop to be simple. Here you\u2019ll find everything you need to know about ordering, delivery and returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHO YOU\u2019RE BUYING FROM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Clare Teal online shop is operated by Clare As Mud Limited<\/strong>, Company No. 05276236<\/strong>, VAT No. GB 826 8420 18<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRICES & PAYMENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (\u00a3) and include VAT where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you place your order. You\u2019ll also be able to review your order before making payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your order will be confirmed by email once it has been accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELIVERY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We currently deliver to UK addresses only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We usually dispatch orders within 2\u20133 working days<\/strong>. At particularly busy times, dispatch may take a little longer. We\u2019ll let you know if there is likely to be a significant delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days as required by UK consumer law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHANGED YOUR MIND?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For most physical goods bought online, you have the right to change your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You normally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel<\/strong>. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods<\/strong>. You don’t need to give us a reason. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just email sales@clareteal.co.uk<\/a><\/strong> and we’ll help you with the return. You can also use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, although you don’t have to use the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please take reasonable care of anything you’re returning. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than would reasonably be necessary to examine it \u2014 broadly, you’re allowed to handle it as you would in a shop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CDS & DVDS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If a CD or DVD is supplied sealed, we can’t normally accept a change-of-mind return once the seal has been broken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This doesn’t affect your rights if the item is faulty or damaged, or we’ve sent you the wrong thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIGITAL CONTENT INCLUDED WITH SOME PRODUCTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Some products may include digital content, such as streaming access or music downloads. Where this is included, the relevant access details or download link will be sent separately by email after your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By asking us to supply digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, you agree that supply may begin straight away. Once the digital content has been supplied or made available to you, your right to cancel that digital part of the order may be affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This does not affect your rights if digital content is faulty or not as described.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOMETHING WRONG?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If something arrives faulty or damaged<\/strong>, or we’ve sent you the wrong item, please email sales@clareteal.co.uk<\/a><\/strong> and we’ll put it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please include your order number and, if useful, a photograph showing the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your statutory rights are not affected.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

REFUNDS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For a valid cancellation, we’ll refund the price you paid together with the cost of our standard delivery option<\/strong>. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we don’t have to refund the additional delivery cost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where goods are being returned, we’ll make the refund within 14 days of receiving them back or receiving evidence that you’ve sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund will normally be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CANCELLING BEFORE WE\u2019VE SENT YOUR ORDER<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Made a mistake? Email sales@clareteal.co.uk<\/a><\/strong> as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we can catch the order before it leaves us, we’ll cancel it and arrange your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CANCELLATION FORM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You don’t have to use this form<\/strong>. An email to sales@clareteal.co.uk<\/a> clearly telling us that you wish to cancel is fine. The regulations nevertheless require us to make a model cancellation form available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
